About Platform Nine

Founded as a web-hosting platform in 2004. In 2008 things changed. Platform Nine evolved. Possibly it should now be called Platform Ten, but we still like the name Platform Nine.

This evolution was born out of necessity. Everywhere we turned, we saw examples of bad service. We were frustrated. Frustrated at being treated like a machine. Frustration at being giving generic responses to unique questions. Frustrated of being sold to, instead of being helped.

It’s out of this frustration, that Platform Nine now exists. We’re here to treat you as human. To see you and your company as unique.
